Attended the Pain Remains tour in Heaven and can't say enough good things about the venue and especially the staff. These people were on top of taking great care of the crowd surfers and even hanging out in the pit and watching out for people that needed help. In-between helping they were headbanging along with the acts and looked like they wanted to be there as much as all the paying customers did. Great job all.

Great vibes

Venue failed to do any correspondence about meet and greet tickets so we missed it after paying an extra fee. No one was willing to do anything but pass blame to the artist and then their team passed it back to the venue.

You definitely can. I'm doing that on April 12th. I have done that before
The paid parking structure at the venue is as safe as parking in downtown ATL can be. Be mindful and cautious as always, but I've been many, many times without issue.
It is still in one venue. There is a courtyard connecting them. Park in the lot off MLK.
No flash
75 M.L.K. Jr Dr SW, Atlanta, GA 30303. This is the closest parking garage. It will take you directly to The Masquerade.
Most shows seems to be multiple age groups. They will give you a bracelet if you're over 21 so you can order drinks. It all depends on the concert/show however.
No seating but I think I saw a diasabled/ wheelchair area. I suggest calling about bringing a chair for him.
Yes plenty
If you're asking about the location, any artist can perform, so all genres.
It's all general admission, no seats. So it's kinda first come first serve if you want to get close. There is also a balcony you can go up to with a pretty decent view. Hope you enjoy your show!
No. It is allowed in the courtyard outside only.
Yes. Come on by
It is downtown Atlanta I felt safe
There is a Marriott right above it.
It's in the heart of downtown Atlanta, so they'll need to be smart, not wander after dark or leave anything of value in the car, etc. During concerts, though, this place is plenty safe! There will be lots of people around, including security and police. There is a parking deck onsite that costs $16 or less, which is well worth it if they don't want to take public transit or rideshare.
It's off the street, then down the stairs. There's a sign at the entrance.
Believe All Masquerade shows need proof of vax/test
The following are not permitted: no illegal substances, no outside food or beverages, no reusable water bottles, no umbrellas, no Sharpies/markers/paint pens, no items that can be considered or are weapons, no professional cameras unless approved by Artists or their management, no drawstring/backpacks/Camelbaks, or large bags. All small purses are subject to search prior to entry.
Masquerade caters to all types of music.
Like.. Now? Or later? Or what? Lol
To my knowledge, the VIP starts at the same time. I've never been to a VIP show there but the ones I've been to at other venues, they started at the same time. That didn't include a meet and greet. They were always before the show but I never purchased that VIP section. I would contact the ticket office where you purchased the tickets from just to be sure.
There are various options, I'm almost certain that none are free. The one I use is $5 flat fee after 4pm at it's next to the venue.
I'd say it's one of the pictures shown on the page. I only been to purgatory and it didnt have a balcony. Just open floor space with a bar to the side. But again. That was purgatory. Look at the pics shown.
I have brought my daughters both under 18 to various shows. Typically is a show is 18 and up it will say so!
If tickets aren't sold out for the event, you can buy tickets at the front. I'd buy ahead of time if I were really wanting to attend a particular event, but that's just me.
I have taken a Canon rebel in for photos many times.
There are covered and uncovered areas, security is both covered and done before entrance to the venue, this spaces the line into the venue out, thus limiting weather exposure.
upstairs is also a good option..
Yes.
There are three venues at the masq heaven, hell, and purgatory
Yea an hour early wouldn't be a bad idea. Even if you get there a little early, they will go ahead and give you your wrist band so you could leave and come back.
Inside, though you can walk out into the courtyard between sets.
Yes
Do you mean what time do they stop letting people in when it's closer to closing time? If so, I dunno but would like to know as well.
Not sure, but I doubt it.
Central Ave/Fulton St. exit. You can find complete driving and parking directions on the website.
They have a place in front of the barricade that is open for wheelchair seating. They will give you a chair so you can sit with your husband. I'd just ask security for accomodations when you get there, they are always outside before shows.
Yes.. box office opens before shows..tix available if not sold out.. sometimes even if sold out a few tix releaseed befor show at box office..call ahead
They vary by show
It's an all ages venue, but they do have some "party nights" that are 18 plus.
Check with venue. Certain artist require age 18+. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by adult.
If it doesn't say sold out online. You should be able to buy it at the door.
Depends on the band. I've seen the differences range from $0-$20. They don't have parking but there are several parking lots and a parking deck right at the venue and those prices can range from $5-$25(maybe more) depending.
There is actually a hotel on the property. The Fairfield Inn and Suites Peachtree St.
you cannot drive to the venue itself. if you use the address 75 Martin Luther King Jr Dr SW, Atlanta, GA 30303 - it will take you to a parking deck. The entrance to the venue is through the 3rd floor of that parking deck.
Most concerts are open to all ages, unless otherwise noted on the website.
It depends on the show. They will card you for alcohol 100% of the time but if the show is all ages, you can get in.
If they don't sell out, the Masquerade does sell tickets at the door.
All tickets are general admission, regardless of "seat" numbers, meaning that you can get as close to the stage as you'd like.
Depends on the concert. The last show I went to was 21 and up.
We stayed at the Ponce, its cheap and well cheap but worked out good for one night and is pretty close to the venue.
Yes
Yep, depends on who you're seeing. Always check show details ahead of schedule and bring an ID.
There is a garage hooked to it park on the third level & you will walk straight across the bridge & down the stairs & you will be at the masquerade it does cost to park but so worth it I love the new venue
Depends on the bands. 5:00...
They check your ID to see if you're old enough to drink but i think that's about it as far as restrictions go... I may be wrong but I've been going to the masquerade since I was 14.
This might be a late response. But usually at around 9:30 to 10:00 pm
