The Variety Playhouse is not really a venue for kids. BUT, if the show does not specify 18 & up AND you are ok with your child being exposed to adult beverage consumption and other general concert behavior, children are permitted as long as they have a ticket. AND I have never experienced lewdness while visiting this venue, neither from the stage nor in the crowd. So, while not designed for kids, if you aren't a "prude" and your kid is cool, you are both likely to enjoy your visit.
It depends on the artist.
No. Unless it's a show for kids, which never happens. It's a theater with a bar. There is seating, but if it's a packed show, you're going to be extremely uncomfortable
The most helpful advice are the statements from your question that are below this one.
She's seen Trevor Hall before, he is beyond kid friendly. Was purely asking about the venue itself. Thanks
I agree...depends on artist.
Only if it is a kid-friendly show which is pretty much VERY rarely.
No
You better call about that I did not notice any kids there
depends on the event taking place
See Chris's comment. It depends on the performance. The venue is not designed for children, but it is not a child unfriendly venue.
