I’m gonna have to agree with the original post of complaint. I wish they would stop all the bs’ing around, do their job PROFESSIONALLY and not treat me like a 2 year old when I’m old enough to be most of their mothers
Does the main corp read the complaints an why are the rude unprofessional ghetto staff still allowed to work an treat anybody that way. Are the ones treated thay way allow to punch ur rude workers in the mouth since u allow them to continue to work like that. I was going to come in an give it a try but as i read how this business is ran i would moat likely end up in jail an ur worker in the hospital please do something about ur staff ur business name is no good as long as this treatment is allowed

Couldn’t agree more. All they did when I was up there earlier was criticize me and my dad for having small veins and then they told me the needle they use is the size of a nail, as if they were trying to scare me. Do Not go there. They are the definition of unprofessional.
Everyone's experience is going to be different although I don't work here I've donated as well and my first impression of the facility was the same but when I was no longer a new donate things went smoothly and it was very pleasant so if u do find your self here and feeling some type of way my apologies for that just give it another chance it will be better next time or at least I hope it will
I agre with her^^ Ive been here twice..(sittung here now for the sec time!!) they messed things up last week and i gad been here 2.5 hrs then.. i have been sitting here over an hr now and still waiting for them to get things going!! ghetto and rude are an understament!! very hard to still be here!!
