Why are you allowing up to 7 appointments in every 15 minute time slot if you do not have the staff to cover it. Example my appointment was at 0845 it is now 0940 abd i am still not hooked up to a machine.

You should talk to a staff member. It doesn't usually take that long if you are a return donor.
