Employees were rude and refused to work with me on an issue with equipment that prevented it from being used during rental period. I was charged full rental amount and no acknowledgement of issues by employee or company.

Friendly, responds quickly, and explains how to use the tools you rent. Rented a piano dolly from here and it worked for the most part, but it is quite old so the straps wouldn't completely lock up. Still moved the piano though.
