Ruth, different stores differ in their policies. Your best bet is to call Safeway. They are very courteous there.
They were in the process of remodeling and replacing shelves but it interferes with other services and Price's are very high sales they are telling you have to buy 5 bags of chips in oder to buy it for a 1.99 1just wanted 1bag but i had pay full price 2.99
