Staff was nice, facility was good but check your room. Look at beds pull back sheets and remember your coming into contact with it. Manager not on site. Luckily got a refund, was only there for 15 minutes before leaving. Two rooms were both very disgusting mattresses. Had unknown bad stains on sides that resembled blood or vomiting or something that was unrecoverable.

We loved the pool, location and the hot shower. The rooms were of good size and the beds were super comfortable. So everyone had a good night's sleep. 😌 On the negative side, the room was smelly, soiled towels were folded and kept in the bathroom and the breakfast was as good as nothing. Value for money? May be not. If you can get a good deal on the price then this place is a good recommendation.

We chose this hotel for location to hospital and its a pet friendly hotel with a continental breakfast, eggs waffles and sausage. Close to tons of restaurantsand next door to a gas station. Room was clean, property wasnt so much. Lots of dog poo behind the hotel in the pet area, cigarette butt's around the side doors. They have a pool and a weight room but all 3 work out machines were broken. Free weights werent as heavy as I would have liked but they had them. Upstairs soda machine was inoperable, hand sanitizer stations didnt work. They were out of soap for the clothes washing machine but the gas station next door had some. Our keys kept going bad, every day, sometimes twice a day. Employees said it's an old system, it happens. They were friendly about it. Overall for what we needed we had an ok experience. We would stay there again if we needed to. At 70 bucks a night how much should you complain about. A little cleaning outside, working excercise equipment, hand sanny stations and a soda machine and I would be rating them higher.

We were referred to this hotel after my husband was rushed to Emergency from 300 miles away, and ended up up staying here for the entire 5 days he was admitted. It's just around the corner and uphill a little ways from Monument Health, where he was sent. It was easy to get to and from the hospital on foot (or in my case wheelchair), although this is the spring so that helped. It would be wonderful if there was a shuttle. The hotel was close enough and enclosed enough that I wasn't worried about letting the kids stay at the hotel. It is easily visible from the hospital. My kids also adored the high speed wifi. Aside from location, the hotel was very cozy and convenient. The breakfast was delicious and the layout was spacious enough so no one was bumping into each other. The eating area was very nice and extremely clean. Seone was constantly wiping down the counters, refilling trays and sweeping the floor. We appreciate that so much in this pandemic world. The front desk workers were very pleasant and professional. I was in a bind with my payment at one point and they were more than patient and helpful with me until it was resolved. The pool area was also clean and quiet. It's a heated pool, so swimming in the evening was a fun and laid back experience. There was a shower and pool towels in the area so we didn't have to trapse around the hotel wet and smelling like chlorine lol. We utilized the guest laundry room on the 2nd floor. It's one washer and 2 dryers that cost between $1.50 and $2. The front desk has laundry soap and dryer sheets for $1 as well. It's quick and the machines work very well. This was super convenient as well as we were only a few doors down. Finally, I am handicapped and did NOT have a handicapped room, but the rooms were large enough that my wheelchair was accommodated enough to get around comfortably. All in all, this hotel, unlike many others in the area, made our family's emergency situation far less stressful and I will be forever grateful for that. Thank you staff at Quality Inn! I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing a friendly, safe, stress free place to rest their head.
