Decently comfortable beds. Pancake machine wasn’t operational during our visit. Eggs and sausage were good. Biscuits were dry. Bathroom appeared clean, however, there were mold spots growing on the ceiling above the shower. Be aware, there’s not a microwave in room.

Great stay!!! Our kids loved the water feature the pool was on the cold side but being Minnesotans they toughed it out and had a blast. Hot tub was enjoyable! Rooms were clean. Bed was harder than I care for but it wasn’t horrible. Shower pressure was nice, they also have Dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash in pumps in wall in shower. All staff was nice. Breakfast was good every morning. Biscuits and gravy every morning, sausage, ham slices alternated, cheese and western omelette, pancakes, cereal, cinnamon rolls, different pastries. Coffee was good. Great stay!! Would stay again if we come back to area!!

It's what you'd expect from a Holiday Inn. The facilities are clean and modern and has everything you'd need for a short stay. Prices were a little higher than average during my stay but overall it was satisfactory. I would stay again if ever to return to the area.

Hello, I stayed at this hotel many nights. On this particular weekend, it was really windy and cold outside. Upon, checking out on Sunday, 4/24/2002, I went to the west door and it would not open from the inside. The pole across the top bracket was actually bent from the wind blowing it open. So, I went to the front desk to report this issue. The front desk clerk was very unfriendly, didn't smile once and acted like I was lying! I don't remember her name and I just wanted to say, if you are going to be in a public service/customer service position, at least make the customer feel like they matter and not be so unfriendly. I'm sorry but there is no excuse for her behavior. I told her, "I am just letting you know!" Then walked away.
