The staff members were very courteous and helpful. Rooms were very clean and beds comfy. Rates were great, especially when you consider all the amenities offered. Will definitely look for Sleep Inn Hotels when we are traveling.

The girl that was working at the front desk is extremely rude and inconsiderate. My vehicle along with 2 other vehicles were broken into. When I went up to the front desk to report this she did not acknowledge that I was there. I finally got her attention she barely glanced up and requested a manager. Was told no manager was on site. I then asked if there were any security cameras as the police were on their way. I was told no and that I signed a piece of paper and that it was my problem. She then told me to leave the lobby and she picked up the phone. A manager did show up and was nice but this is an issue with the hotel and the police and locals all stated that their have been multiple break ins in the parking lot. I think you are being totally irresponsible since this is a known problem and that as a corporation you have not addressed the problem. This was the first day of our vacation and I am out 1k due to the damage to my vehicle.

Easy access from the highway. The room was very nice and clean. Although one of the day shift desk clerks was less than friendly, the afternoon clerk was very nice and helpful with directions to local attractions.

I was given a rate for my room and at check out was given a receipt that confirmed the same but when I got my credit card bill my card was charged an additional $4.50 a day after I checked out. When I called the hotel I was informed I initialed a form stating for use of pool and gym I would be charged $4.50. I informed them we never used either during our stay but said everyone gets charged regardless.....seems like fraud/scam. This charge should have been reflected in the room rate when the reservation was made not when I checked in and definitely not on something I never used. Beware everyone..... I guess you can just tack on charges however and for whatever you want.
