the old lady with the other man who was attending today 8/6/2022 they have terrible attention very rude they made me a lot of trouble for a code of a blood test that they did not put in my son's pediatrician and the lady even call them stupid , I called the pediatrician and they sent the fax marking the code and even so she told me that she does not translate letters into numbers very rude and I told her that they were trying to call her to see what they really wanted and they did not answer the phone and I told her why she doesn't answer and she told me that she is busy, I went to the pediatrician and took what she asked for, they did it, I returned to the place and I told the guy to check the code if it was okay and he told me that he was doing other things very bad so I left after wasting more than 2 hours waiting

I have gone to this location for blood work in the past and I liked going there because it was never busy. However I’m starting to realize why it’s always so dead. The women in there are rude and not helpful. I’m almost halfway through my pregnancy and had to go for some tests and my pregnancy brain forgot to bring a mask. As soon as I walked in the woman told me you need a mask go get one. I asked if they had one I could use just so I could get my blood drawn since I was trying to get all my appointments done on my one day off and didn’t have much time. Basically I was told no the older woman refused to give me a mask told me to leave. I am in the medical field myself and I understand the importance of the mask however I was not treated with good customer service. I will not be returning to this location. Also Sunrise labs you should probably check out these reviews. Seems that older lady is rude to everyone.

I had just gotten out of an appointment, from the building next door. I was reviewing my information and I didn’t realize they closed at 2:30 pm, the older lady walked out and said “you really think we’re open?!” And walked away. First off RUDE, 2nd I won’t be going here. First impressions are 1 and only, you can’t have nasty attitude people like that and expect customers to come to this location.

I've been here 4 times in the last two months for blood work regarding pregnancy complications and each and every time I come the woman I'm greeted by is rude and inconsiderate. The first time the woman complained that I arrived at 2:15 with a lengthy script and laughed to the other woman working saying "here we go again just my luck." The most recent time prior to today they asked what I was here for and gave attitude when I said a follow up. Today I was told "goodbye" and shooed to my car after signing in. When asking how the woman was she said "I don't know. Okay.... why work in public service?? Uncomfortable and disappointing
