you should just call them with those kind of questions. I am not sure but no hospital is supposed to turn you away with no health insurance and most likely if not emergency department then you'll need an appointment.

If you make an appointment with a department or clinic within the hospital you will need insurance or pay out of pocket. The ER cannot turn you away.
