It is a place for men , women,and children. They have twelve step program and group but they would rather u have all your addictions behind you.

Not in the traditional sense if you are looking for a place to drop someone off who is addicted. They will offer Christian counciling in an ad hoc manner when available and requested but they are not trained in formal drug rehabilitation practices.
