You have to go up steps to get into the house, but the tour is on one level. As I remember there were gravel paths to the buildings, land pretty flat. Enjoy, it's a beautiful piece of history, I believe the oldest plantation in the US still owned by the same family.
Yes, the grounds are level though grassy in most areas.
