If the courts and DMV can only go back 11 years,how does asap allow going back further than them. They are a state run organization correct, so they should only be allowed to go as far as the courts system

Yes if it has been 10 years since your last DUI then your not required to disclose that information, after 10 years the repeat offender for DUI resets. How is this affecting your situation with asap?

Cause ASAP is going back 15-20 saying habitual offender. Making you go through more and harder things to complete so can get license back
