The ER nurse who did my son’s vital signs in the pediatric triage on the night of Nov 1, 2022 into the morning of Nov 2, 2022 was very rude and she seemed like she was very frustrated with the fact that we came in to be seen. She treated my 4 year old as if he was in her way by trying to be friendly and hold a conversation with her. I don’t feel like someone who is obviously frustrated with their job should be working around children. I do understand that the ER was very pack but as a nurse you should be able to have self control and respect for your patients. I have been to this emergency room a few times with my son and I have never experienced such rudeness and obvious sarcasm. She was totally out of line and the worst nurse I have ever encountered.

If I could give this hospital 0 stars, I would. The worst hospital experience ever. They don't care about how much pain your child is in. You just sit there in the room for hours and no one checks on you. Will not go back. I'd rather drive to Charlottesville than go here again.

Worst ER experience ever. I came in with a dislocated knee cap in immense pain and was waiting for hours. Finally got an X-Ray just to see about two dozen doctors and nurses having a cupcake party while people are groaning in agony in the waiting room. I was then put right back in the waiting room. I don’t recommend coming here even if it is the last ER on earth. There are people going number 2 in the waiting room seats I can’t even begin to describe the smell. The staff seem to be in no rush what do ever and do not seem to care nor check on any of the patients. I would rather bleed out and die from a knife wound then come here again. I REPEAT! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE EVEN IF THE DRIVE IS FURTHER!

1 visitor per patient in ED, can’t switch out, has to be same person.
I believe so
I believe it's at the info deck in the ground floor of CCH
You park in the parking deck on 12th street near Leigh st
If they were cut off and not put in a patient belongings bag then those clothes were thrown away. So, either they were put in a second bag that somehow didn't go with the patient or they were thrown away.
