absolutely horrible their website looks to be from 1992 and they just refuse to communicate even when you finish their program they wont send you any documentation.

My partner was harassed by an officer when he was sitting in his car in the parking lot of a fast food place eating and arrested without even blowing into the breathalyzer. When he was taken back to the station he blew a 0.5 which is LEGAL but was still taken to court and had to do ASAP. ASAP is completely unhelpful and has horrible communication. It is expensive and god forbid if you don’t have health insurance because you’re required to get an assessment done at an approved doctors office. This is literally just a way to get money and to also keep people from putting petty DUIs behind them. My partner hasn’t been able to drive for four years and the financial and emotional toll this has taken on him is insane. Hes an honors student and a veteran and has never been in trouble with the law. But the justice system doesn’t care and neither does ASAP. This is just another way the government can screw over people, mostly people of color.

Pretty sure it is to their discretion, and asap is dmv ordered when u get a drug or alcohol related charge.

If the courts and DMV can only go back 11 years, how does asap allow going back further than them. They are a state run organization correct, so they should only be allowed to go as far as the courts system

Yes if it has been 10 years since your last DUI then your not required to disclose that information, after 10 years the repeat offender for DUI resets. How is this affecting your situation with asap?
