Hi, the cost of a visa for US citizens depends on the number of times of entry as well as the length of stay, the lowest is 25 USD for 1 time in 1 month, the highest is 155 USD for many times in 5 years. Please choose the visa that suits your needs

It can vary depending on the type of Visa. The best advice to contact the Visa department at 202-861-0737

It varies depending on the length and whether it is single or multiple entry. But in general, it's about 65 USD for the letter you need (easy to obtain online) plus the cost of the actual stamp at the crossing. It is somewhat different if coming by land or air, and can be reduced a bit for shorter visas, whereas a one-year is available as well, which, when I got it, cost 190 USD as I recall.
