Waiting room could be bigger. One couch and a chair does not do it. Staff was friendly and professional. Waiting room needs space improvement like yesterday!!

I had a great experience with this Embassy, when I mailed in my application from Canada for my Visa application. The consular called to tell me the documents that were missing from my application. She was very professional, and prompt at providing answers to all my questions. My passport (with the visa) was ‘Fedexed’ back to Canada, and she even forwarded the tracking number to me. Thank you.
