Absolutely ridiculous process. No one helps anyone. Cannot get anyone on the phone to give any guidance. Their website has to be one if the WORSt formatted sites.out there, totally confusing and never get the right answer. Sent emails, phone calls, all to dead space. Make appointments and then get there after being in NYC traffic for hours, only to be told, that everything is wrong, well of you would pick up the phone and give guidance. .IT would NOT be wrong!!! What a bunch of INEPT people that work there. The best was the doorman, who says, 'dont hold your breath' this is what tax dollars pay for???

I called here to get some answers because the Houston location isn’t answering their phones or replying to emails all of a sudden. One month ago communication was easy. Now it seems almost impossible to speak to someone about our missing passport. I called this location to reach out for help but received a very rude lady on the phone who told me I shouldn’t bother her and to call Houston instead. I tried to ask if she could help call them for me and she was very rude about it. Enjoy your miserable life.

My son was born in Greece 1977. Both parents American, father in the U.S. Army. Would he still have to serve in Greek military if he went there to visit? He was registered as Greek and American at birth.
