I finally got my Ridgeline! And I got the special discount and the 2.9% rate (base on my credit) they promised online. I am very happy with my experience in Honda Van Nuys with Farid. He is patient and professional. At first, the accessories were too expensive for my family. Farid worked with me and the managers to finally reach an agreement on the out-of-the-door price. And after that, the finance manager is professional and polite too. No extra fees found and the numbers are all correct. The whole process was very smooth. Overall it is a good deal to me. Although 2023 version is open for ordering online, I am glad that I bought my 2022 version here.

We leased a brand new HRV and the wheel lock key is missing. We’ve had a flat tire since Sunday and we cannot do anything without the wheel lock KEY. Nobody is helping us get a replacement to solve the problem. We are being ping/ponged between the dealership and the service dept. We are frustrated and angry. The customer service is the most unprofessional ,if not, non existent. Will never do business here again! Go to Culver City Honda where they treat customers with respect.

Wow. Just wow. Such impeccable service. I've had a lease with Honda of Santa Monica for the past year, and going in their every time was a nightmare. The moment I was in touch with this Honda, everything was a breeze and every one was so kind. I was in a very complex issue and have needed a car so badly. After a bad situation with a private seller on Craigslist, I decided I needed to find a dealership to help me.
