We had the company bring equiptment to our home in Beverly Hills for a large party. They smoothly transported chairs, tables, cutlery, and covered the pool. Yet, after their employees had cleaned the area, we recognized a small amount of damage surrounding the covered area. We attempted to contact the company and cordially request of them to provide their insurance information, they refused and denied liabilty; we have involved Counsel with a potential of filing a lawsuit. These circumstances bring our group to question if the company has valid insurance, if they have the correct documentation, or the nature of their customer service as a "20 Year"+ year company in Los Angeles.

I ordered for my halloween party one month in advance, paid for the event and was confirmed that all my items would arrive the day BEFORE the event. The day before the event I get a call letting me know that they overbooked. This little business is all over the place
