I’ve been going there for almost 3 years now and they always take great care of me. I know my car is being serviced by the best so my loyalty lies with these guys at Pep Boys. I used to bring my car in and I had good luck with it. I especially enjoyed the open on Sunday aspect. I stopped taking my car to this location after my car was damaged. The person who worked on my car (brake job) could not get the lug nut off and snapped the peg off instead. I was visibly annoyed when they told me and had them stop working on my car. I was done, just put it back together. Their response was as if I was out of line. I am a 4'10 woman and they really sassed me..The next morning, I was greeted to a new dent right over the wheel that had the broken peg. This happened a long time ago. I didn't say anything at the time because it was my word against theirs. I went to reputable mechanic that convinced me to at least bring it to your attention.I will follow up on this with photo of the dent and information..

I had 2 places in Simi tell me things that werent correct. Both places said 800 to 1000 bucks for wheel bearing on toyota sienna. Bid from pep boys $590. They did work, it was $590. No lies, no tricks. I have used pep boys for 40 years. Good p. Good place for single ladies. Best prices alwaysbboys since
