How can I contact the Vietnam Embassy? I tried to call 5 times a day, all different time from 9 to noon and 2 to 5 but never got through. I seems like nobody work at the Embassy or the Embassy always close. Then I tried email, never got reply.

They are on LONG break. It happened to me too. They never list Visa fees on their website. Why? They have fees similar to retailers sell items at outdoor markets. Corruption is major issue in the Vietnam government offices or agencies. Once, I read and printed out a decree from the Ministry website, it indicated Visa fee for 5 years Visa exemption is free to qualified persons who were born in Vietnam and their dependents. Now, that decree was removed.
