Adding to Sunny Wescott answer, you can get a better value for your games if you do store credit instead of cash. I think you get a 30% reduction if asking for cash.
Nope but if the amount they have to pay out is more than what they have in the register then you'll have to accept a check mailed out to you. They have an online system to identify the worth of everything and you have to submit the order of what you're bringing in advance through their website.
