I've told everyone even gamer strangers i come by in Wisconsin about this place. i found you by luck 6 years ago and have given up Game Stop completely. Thank you all for your great products and great customer experience. Support team is great with answering detailed questions

Awesome place. The last one left in the US!

Great store, clean, and decently well organized. Where they REALLY shine is their inventory. Lots of really hard to find games in stock, lots of cult classics available, and they have price check kiosks around the store to help you out. My only problem is some games are very fairly price around or under average going rate, but some games are anywhere between 50% more to double what they should cost you to buy online. I understand being able to just walk into a store and buy these is great, but $500 for a loose copy of Earthbound is pretty steep when it goes for an average of $300. $60 for a copy of Psychonauts for PS2 is also double what you should be paying for a complete copy. Other than that, if you want to just walk in and walk out with something you're looking for/something hard to find, this store is great and the employees were very helpful. Just be careful not to overpay TOO much.

Andy...Please elavorate in the word salad ....thank you
We should have some to be tested but not available to customers at the moment. Please check often or keep your name on the "Notify Me" list.
Adding to Sunny Wescott answer, you can get a better value for your games if you do store credit instead of cash. I think you get a 30% reduction if asking for cash.
They do, but only if they are requesting it. You can check on their website if they will take your trade. It all depends how much your game is in demand
Shopper here, they do have various amiibos, they might have skylanders but not completely sure where they're located at.
Facial covering required. Social distancing and one-way floor signs. Max number of customers is limited to 30. Hand sanitizers are located in many areas for your convenience.
Of course! You can choose "Customer Pick-up" option during the checkout process.
No, they do not.
Yes this place is awesome n64 systems games accessories. Also just about any gaming system that you can think of old and new 👍 👍
Check on their website estarland.com. they have really good inventory control
Nope.
They are OK as long as you understand the general rules.
Talk to the cashier, they should be able to help you. Be sure to bring the item and receipt with you when you return. (sorry if that makes no sense, used google translate)
They sell phone repair services. And sometimes used Phones. Cash upfront
If you are in the area, you can just go to the store and purchase there. If not, you can go their website and use their online store.
I do not know about headsets but they do not sale keyboards and mice.
Depends on the version and how many are currently in stock. Check the website or give rhe store a call for latest update info.
They have a keypad terminal that looks like it takes chip and swiping. However i do not believe they take apple pay or google pay, though samsung devices with samsung pay would technically work on most terminals
It really depends on the game. If it's a unpopular game, expected low prices. If you're looking for a rare or popular game expected to pay a bit more. For instance, batman and robin the animated series for Sega genesis, I payed 28 dollars for just the cartridge. The best thing to do is go to estarland.com
Depends if you have all cords and controller and HDMI cord I believe it ends up 100 something
You can do it yourself go to best buy and buy the kit, easy to do and save money But I think they repair DVD and games there ...
We do repair CDs, DVDs as well as video game CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs
Sort of? They were originally in Fairfax but now they moved out to their current location and the floorspace/layout is much bigger and much less sad.
