Bad business and shady sales people working for this location. Spent days working with a few sales reps and even the manager. Only to find out they increased the price after our final discussion. One price guarantee is a joke. Taking our business elsewhere. Absolutely would steer clear and go to another location. Buyer beware!!

Let me begin by saying Amir, my sales person, was amazing. He didn't push and spent so much time with me going over everything, I mean everything about the Range Rover. Not only is his customer service perfect, when I picked up my car, he came in on his day off and it was his sons birthday. How about that for a Salesperson? After a number of attempts to get someone on the phone (5 vm's and 7 calls) to get info regarding my deal, AJ in Finance stepped up, and got everything moving even though I wasn't his customer to deal with. I can't tell you how much I appreciated that. Mr. Woodson in Finance was also top notch. He was so pleasant. He was quick and efficient, and went over everything with my contract, and I felt very comfortable signing. NOT 5 STARS: Mr. Tu Huynh, Sales Manager. I am not going to go into detail but he should not be allowed to interact with customers. His accusative tone was off the charts, and I left there feeling these people think I'm hiding something. He made me feel "less than", and no one should have the right to affect someone that way.

I had a broken car and towed to them. I was so disappointed as my car broke middle of highway with out any warnings. After initial evaluation they told me the car needs a new engine. I asked for more details and details of their diagnosis but seems they couldn’t provide any details and they charged me for something I knew already . The manager was very rude and during my conversation with him he several times said “I don’t care about your situation “ and there were zero empathy and zero effort for customer satisfaction. He was talking so top-down that made me more disappointed and angry. I was in love with range rover and Jaguar and after this I could not think about it and I bought a different brand as soon as I stepped out.
