It depends on the room size, view, how much help is needed, etc, but I think it starts around 2k per month. That includes a room, utilities, food, cable, wifi, weekly cleaning & more. We haven't shopped around lately, but in 2015 it was the best bang for the buck. My mom loves it! You should stop by for a tour, Carol is great!
