First of all, make an appointment. I waited a long time for a employee to meet with me. It was worth the wait! The clerk was very thorough and friendly. He was attentive to my needs and explained everything about why foot care.was important. We spent an hour or more to be sure the shoes were comfortable properly fitted with appropriate support & cushioning. I bout the variety of inserts and 2 pair of shoes. Very expensive but worth it. The inserts help me to stand straight without pain. I can walk better. And have little discomfort or pain for short distances. I feel better and can function as a normal person!
