If you cannot safely bring her into the UPC yourself, in Albuquerque you can call 242-COPS and request CIT (Crisis Intervention Team) contact. I believe Rio Rancho may also have CIT.
Have her transported to Psychiatric Emergency Services for an evaluation. If they admit her for inpatient, she can opt in for Care Link care coordination to further assist with treatment, referrals, etc.
