No, pets are not allowed in the nature center.

Dogs are allowed in the parking lot only. They can be walked along the bike trail (just south of the park) to the bosque but pets are NOT allowed in the park since it is a wildlife refuge.

Yes, outside so long as leashed. Not sure if you can take them inside the building. But you can take them walking with you leashed throughout the grounds area.
