Club membership, a pass or an international first class or business ticket. Neither gold status or domestic first class will get you in. I went through this in January.
Passengers with a first class or business class ticket, passengers with United Club Membership (annual fee or Mileage Plus credit card holders), or a single day United Club card (can be purchased or 2 included annually with the United credit card).
If you're Gold and above on United, and traveling internationally (including Canada), you can use this lounge. If not as others above said , you need to have a club membership
All previous answer are right
Anyone with a United Club membership, as a guest of a member or pay for a one-time pass.
Anyone with a first class or business ticket on United or Star Alliance partner can enter. Additionally, if you are Star Alliance Gold status you can enter with a corresponding airline ticket.
