If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Impossible to get a hold of, unprofessional, and incredibly hard to nail down to get a date to even just measure your countertops—absolutely impossible to schedule an installation. Two months after paying in full, we still couldn't get an appointment for an installation. When we finally did get an installation date, it was cancelled the morning of—only after we emailed them several times to see when they were coming, the day before and the morning of—to say they didn't finish the layout so they had to cancel. Horrible company. Unprofessional service. Best case scenario: They're incompetent. Worst case: They're running some kind of scam. Regardless, we canceled our countertops through Home Depot (whom they contract with), and put in complaints to Home Depot Management. Do NOT use this company.

This place is horrible !! They take your money upfront and if you don’t get what you ordered .. too bad. You gave to beg yo get the work done .. then approve fine random drawing !!! My advise some where else they are terrible at customer service and making things right. When you call they treat you like you are bothering them !! Take my advise … go somewhere else that treats you with respect!!!!!

I was looking for a comment on customer service and as I thought, easy to find, I myself have been relentlessly calling and trying to get in touch and not one person has reached out. The only message I received was the first one stating they would be in touch in 3 days if I was not ready, I did not even get the opportunity to say that I was or even was not ready. When I tried to call anyone, beside a machine, some operator was rude to tell me that I was not residential, well I am not a commercial business either. I suggest you improve your customer service department when people are trying to get appointments set up answer the phones. .

I have no problem with Granite and Marble Express’ countertop, but I am very disappointed in their customer service and accountability. After 7 attempts (5 phone calls and 2 emails) to reach someone about a shoddy and leaky plumbing job completed by one of their subcontractors, I received no responses or replies. In order to use my sink and dishwasher, without causing more damage to my new cabinets, I had to take matters into my own hands. I did not choose this company as they were subcontracted by Home Depot, but I would not recommend them to anyone who has the choice. Edit in response to reply: To be clear, I spoke to someone each time I called. Each time I called, I was forwarded to different people and told someone would reach out "soon" to schedule the plumber. I never received a call back. I was told to email pictures of the leak to someone at GME. I did, but got no responses to that email or follow-up emails either.
