This isn't as bad as the D concourse United Club, but it's almost as bad. The bartenders are contract workers, and are given rules to cut you off after 3 drinks (regardless of if it's 3 drinks over 6 hours). We saw a 2-million miler get cut off because he had a drink "within the last 30mins". We also got grilled on ordering drinks (both here and at concourse D). Out of the 100+ lounges I've been to, this is the first that has implemented a rule of 3 drinks max (regardless of if it's 6+ hours). As you can imagine, you don't spend thousands on flights and fly tens of thousands of miles to have 3 drinks in a lounge...

This may be the most dated, dark and unwelcoming airline lounge I’ve been in. It’s crowded, the ceilings are low. In desperate need of in update.

There are 3 or 4 of them in Dulles in the C-D terminal.
Club membership, a pass or an international first class or business ticket. Neither gold status or domestic first class will get you in. I went through this in January.
Hard liquor house brands, some wines, and some of the beers. Higher quality brands are available for an upcharge. I or my friends have had hard liquor, wine and beer that are included in the membership and have been happy with the selections offered.
