Trailer park....Just drove through to pick up/drop off a friend. Shady people, blatant drug deals in broad daylight, very young kids unsupervised. Didn't feel safe at all.

Also Stone Springs Hospital in Aldie and Fair Oaks Hospital are both within 20 minutes, but that depends on traffic lights, volume of traffic, and time of day. Afternoon rush hour in both directions can be bad with office parks nearby.
They rent by houses but you can go by there, there are houses renting by room
