Wow, if I could give this place no stars I would, I just got off the phone with the most aggressive women ever! It saddens me that these programs are here to help people especially right now in a time of need so many families really need help and they treat you like your bugging them and speak to you like there trying to belittle you. I wish I got her name so I could post it along with my review. If you don’t like your job or try to help families in need maybe this job isn’t for you, I would never dare to speak to people the way she did very unprofessional maybe it’s time you guys check your staff and do some rehiring!

Courteous friendly and patient I'm an disabled Veteran that wears cochlear implants and uses a walker and going thru chemo they were very courteous, passionate, and respectful to my needs talked to me like a human being didn't talk down to me. Treated me a true person. They were Beautiful.

I would have been lost a long time ago if not for their services. In return I was able to help them as a volunteer. Communicate your immediate needs and they in turn will try to help if funds, services or items are available. True humanitarians.

Either call them up or walk into their office to ask to volunteer. They will tell what you need to do sign up, like show ID etc. Before you start, you have to do a short orientation.
