Would've had to.have been there in the rain when Covid 19 first hit. Even if you're not hired by them, staff or clientele collecting food....everybody's on the team and all.get playing time. Remember, you have to be from.Redlands to get your food there. Otherwise there's other Salvation Army locations.

Extremely rude staff member came to the parking lot to tell me I couldn’t park in a section because it was for employees only. No signs were posted and no other spaces were available on the street. She told me go park in the grocery store parking lot. If you don’t want people to park in a certain place you need to put signs, it’s the law. And you need better trained staff.

Not understanding why I need prove of pay stubs when it comes to food pantry. Trying to get help when your struggling should not be so difficult. Right now, there is one income in my household as I am trying to find work and not only is there an issue with Cal Fresh but now a service like this. I have to say this is very discouraging and really making me rethink life all together. 😔

A True Help Center for real people by real people. I travel four freeways to get to this location. The services are so needed...good food distribution, utility assistance, spiritual and community support. Mike is a great guy. The front desk staff is always warm and friendly.
