The bank is under construction and I needed to used the restroom, the teller told me they don't have a restroom he couldnt help me. Not only I bank w pnc and so does my husband... and yet the representative said sorry i cant help you! Absurd!

I want to congratulate you for the staff you have, they are the best, first of all, Diana attended me impeccably, her service, her kindness, her patience, her empathy I give her 5 stars, and Latoyer just attended me today, she was able to solve my problem, she was super flexible in response to my request , it was super friendly, it was a blessing on this day for me, thank you very much I give you 5 stars too, thank you both for being so professional and having such impeccable customer service, God bless you greatly it has been a long time since you treated me so well in an office whenever I go to this office I leave delighted.
