Why have a Business Clients line if you don’t have a teller to work the line? I’ve been waiting in line for 10 minutes and have barely moved. Not good for a business. Very poor customer service. Don’t recommend this location at all.

The worst policies have this financial institution. They are not proactive at all, they are not willing to help customers. The manager Paola does not have any kind of sympathy towards the situations of the clients. We understand that there are policies and rules, but we also understand that each situation is different and warrants at least review. Do not go to this location.

Florida ID, utility bill, and if you have Direct Deposit they do not charge you the monthly account maintenance fee.
Yeah you sure can as long as you have ID and your savings account number, they only allow so many in at a time but you have to find one that's open because a lot of them closed right now and they're not sure when they'll be open again
