I have not had a problem with TD bank, at least not the one on orange Ave in Orlando. They are super nice and helpful. In fact one of the employees Paula is awesome, she has become like my personal banker lol. But everyone there is super helpful and kind and friendly. Now I have visited the branch on narcoossee and that branch however is not the same, had multiple problems with them. They aren't helpful or even competent of their job.
