There is no way to contact anyone after the office closes if you have an emergency. Such as, your apartment flooding for the 6th time. When asked to move they have no way of helping you. No way of getting assistance. Plumbing will just turn off and you’ll have no flushable toilet for hours or days. The lack of communication for any kind of real information is non existent. But, have no fear if they have food trucks coming, you’ll get 5 emails about it! I would highly suggest finding another place to live. I’ve lived here for a year and only had mediocre or terrible experiences. Dogs not on leashes attacking other dogs. Dog owners not cleaning up after their pets. You can do better.

DONT COME HERE UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Everything brokes down and then expects rent when it’s due… floods sinks and tubs half of water won’t go down ,bugs ,spider bites and spiders everywhere I mean everywhere I was promised a lot of things when I got here but didn’t receive none of those things as far as security 24 hours also made a payment plan with one of the employees soon after that employee got fired or quit so therefore my payment plan went down the drain

I have lived here for almost eight months and have had a great experience with all the employees and residents in the community. The internet, cable, and water are great and affordable. Anytime I had an issue, it was promptly addressed and corrected. Security is on property daily, which keeps crime low and unwanted visitors at bay. I highly recommend this community and it is close to a lot of things including Disney

I have been since they opened. At that time I would have rated a 4 or 5, understanding the issues they had at that time. Now I'm being EXTREMLY generous with a 3 rating. Grounds are kept ok, unit is ok except for there is no fan in bathroom. A dehumidifier helps a lot. The 2 major problems I see are office staff, especially manager. I've been told we have.... As far as tenants, well, I really don't believe they are screening anymore. Lots of issues there. I will say there are some great people here too, but becoming less. Why am I still here you ask. Can't find anything better in my price range so I have learned to deal with it.
