I haven’t been to the store in over a month ordered the grilled chicken sandwich plain the first time when I got the sandwich it had everything on it gave it back to them and then they gave me a new one. When I opened the new sandwich and saw the smallest piece of grilled chicken it must’ve been 2 1/2 x 2 1/2” wide and so thin For $9.59 I couldn’t believe it the fries were good and so was the roll. I only bought a single sandwich patty. I always go to old town and always had a positive experience I should’ve complained and I didn’t. But the person who made the sandwich should’ve said something.

Nice location at Old Town in Kissimmee. Employees very friendly and the food is good. Not too badly priced considering the location. They were kind enough to exchange the Onion Ring I ordered by accident with Cheese Fries. No questions asked.
