Excelente experience. I am a regular donor. The Flebotomists are super professionals, very polite and friendly. No pain at all. The place is sparkling clean and desinfected. Great team!

Hi Janet, I give Blood all the time. I stop just two day before giving Blood, then after I give that day I start my aspirin back on up. My Doctor now has took me off of those pills.
Unbelievable
i don't work there im a frequent donor but yes they do accept walk ins you might have to wait if there's people with appointment but you will be able to donate if you decide to go...
You can just wait but I would make an appointment online just so you don't have to
if you want to help by donating you can if you want something in return i suggest you go somewhere else this is a donation center to help people in need if you want to get paid get a job.. hope u have a wonderful day...
OneBlood cannot pay money for any donation because of government regulations. If you are looking for money for your plasma you will need to go to a plasma center.
Yes. But not all the time. The donation centers usually have a different promotion track. You are better off finding a mobile unit if you want a movie ticket. Drives at the Loop are usually a good bet.
You can go in any time you would like to. They do not line your pockets, but every now and then they will give you a slip of paper to put in for a $10.00 gift card for a store you like.
Disease free. If you have had sex with another male you are not allowed to donate. Receiving blood donation out side the USA would disqualify you. There are other reasons you may be disqualified for. The ones I mentioned are a few. For instance my iron was low and they test for that. Go and try to donate. They do screen.
I was not offered a gift in my donation of platelets and plasma lady visit.
Thank you for your interest in being a blood donor. We cannot pay for blood donations since the blood we collect is transfusable to patients. We do offer a thank you gift to our donors, which varies by date and location. You can find more information on our website www.oneblood.org
Not if you have had a homosexual encounter in the past year, taken aspirin in 48 hrs, been outside the country to certain areas, have low iron, recently had a vaccine, and some other stuff. They give you a questionnaire, and fill it out appropriately to see if you qualify. But always, always, always eat before you go! (I've been a donor for 3 years)
