The worst bank in this state. The customer service phone line is horrible. They will transfer you a million times only to hang up after taking all of your information. They take months to process payoffs and they give you false information every time you call. Closing this account immediately!

The worse service I’ve ever received in a bank , I was the last customer sitting waiting to get helped with something simple and one of the workers decides to go on lunch break rather than take care of the last customer, amazing customer service.....my mother used to work at CenterState and I highly doubt that’s the expectation of they’re workers
