First time I went to this branch, I was denied service because they were closing at 2pm, went there before 12pm. I told the security guard why I was there, and told me I should’ve stopped by the day before if it was that important. Long lines, you have no idea who was doing what! Good thing I enjoy walking because I went to another branch. Fast forward to today and 1 out of 3 ATM was functioning and from what I was told, it’s something that happens quite often. One final note, this bank is not convenient if you’re driving, good luck finding parking.

Hands down probably the worst bank experiences ever in this bank. It's only good for the ATM and many times that's out of money or homeless people are sleeping there. I barely ever go inside to make a transaction but today I did. What a mistake. There was one person online. I waited 25 minutes to get to a teller. After getting to the teller a requesting a withdrawal from one of my accounts which ( I told her what the balance was) I was told I would have to wait for approval. Which was no problem. She kept looking at the screen typing and looking at me and then looking at my id. After about 20 minutes of this I was told I had to wait for a manager to approve or override. I politely asked for my ID and told her how terrible the service is here and that I'll be going to my regular branch which is not in my town. A total waste of my time. It's terrible that you have to drive out of town and patronize another branch because of incompetence. But it is what it is. This bank is and has always been horrible.

Service is really bad, the tellers are always upset or they don't even greet you. On top of that DO NOT come her on either Friday, Saturday or Sundays they severely understaff, i wait almost a 1:45 to cash a simple paycheck. They usually have 3 tellers. But only 2 are accepting customers. I do not recommend coming here on the weekends especially if your on a rush. But if you do remember to get at least an hour just to make sure.
