Hey Joannie, although I do not work for the USPS I have worked as a Logistics Supervisor. My father sent for a credit card and after 3 weeks he finally recieved it. Most businesses are short staffed including the postal service. If you don't recieve your bank card, you can call the bank and request to cancel that card and request Chase to send a new one out. You can do this only if your certain your mail was lost, misplaced by the post off or lost. Hope this helps.

Go to the any usps office with your package and you will speak with the window clerk and they will weigh your package and tell you how much it will cost you and when it will arrive at it destination.

Very bad service there I sent something overnight and it took a week to get there but I paid for overnight they refunded my money about 5 days after it was delivered never again

You can call them with the tracking number but if it's on the truck to be delivered you can't you'd have to wait untill it gets delivered..
