There is literally always something happening at this location. the last time I was there, I was about to be the next person to be called up. Just as soon as I was getting called, I already peeped something was going on and BOOM, somebody done robbed them blind or walked out with something and everybody had to leave. That was not the first time but the second time it happened to me. You guys can do waay better!

Upon entering there is no hand sanitizer as you walk in. only at the workers desk. You can hear many people coughing again only staff had face mask. None given to customers as you walk in. Although When I asked I was giving a mask 😷 thankfully . Better experience .

I was super excited when a TD bank opened on 149th 3rd ave Bx, NY. Now I don't have to travel so far to get to the bank I love. I've been banking with them since they were Commerce bank. However I am highly disappointed every time I go in there. If I don't have to use the ATM machine, I dread going in there. With The exception of a few, everybody's just blowing in the wind. No good morning, your wait will be just a few more seconds, sorry for the inconvenience. Nothing! Just super slow. It's always two or three tellers at the counter but only one working. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because there are a few employees who are welcoming. I can appreciate that. Other than that I'll stick to the ATM as much as possible.
