I found the manager Edward Hagan at this branch to be very helpful. I've been an Apple customer for some time and they manage to accommodate my banking needs.

Apple Bank Is The Best. I have been a customer for 18 years and would never choose another banking institution.
Name Edgar
Went in there to exchange USD to Peruvian Sol. Instead was given Polish Dollars and invoiced for Sol. The exchange rate for Polish Dollars is much worse than Peruvian Sol. These people will scam you and steal your money, buyer beware, never go to this branch.

Under New York law, a landlord must return the tenant's security deposit within 14 days after the tenant has surrendered the rental property to the landlord. This law does not apply to rent regulated tenants.
Under New York State law, a landlord must disclose, in writing, the name and address of the bank where the security deposit is held, and the deposit amount.
Under New York State law, when collecting tenant lease security for six or more dwelling units you must deposit the funds in an interest bearing account. (N.Y. GOL §§ 7-103(2-a))
New York State does not specify the minimum or maximum for a security deposit, but the security deposit cannot exceed one month’s rent.
Collecting a tenant security deposit is not required by law, but it helps protect against non-payment of rent or damages caused by the tenant.

Yes. Our Online Banking customers are required to use a browser with one of the highest forms of encryption available for today's popular browsers. This means that information passing from your computer to our server is scrambled, making it virtually impossible for anyone to access your account information. Our system uses Multifactor Authentication, which protects against phishing, pharming and dictionary attacks, as well as keystroke-logging viruses. This system protects against online fraud by providing an additional end user authentication factor beyond the customer number and Password logons. Multifactor Authentication works by recognizing the computer terminal that you used to sign up for Online Banking. If you use another computer to log on to Online Banking, our system will recognize this and ask you to answer a series of security questions that you selected when you enrolled in Apple Bank Online Banking.
Apple Bank today is composed of various financial institutions that merged over a long period of time. The founding bank, the Harlem Savings Bank, was originally chartered in 1863. Read more about our history as a neighborhood New York bank.
