These folks simply could not be nicer, in person and on the phone. They are locally accessible by phone and willing to spend the time and completely answer all questions. Moreover they are proactive in helping out when you call. This is the way OLD Staten Island businesses used to operate, putting customer service first. The manager there was great and completely went out of her way to help. I have no affiliation except as a customer. Many thanks!

The manager of this bank (Julie) is terrible. She really could not care less if you do or don't do business in her branch. I implore Management to see how many accounts they've lost since she became the manager because she treats everyone like trash. The only redeeming quality is that they must believe in equality here because no matter if you have pennies or millions in your account, the service is equally bad. So that's one thing they have going for them. Anyway don't even stop at this branch just take the extra few minutes down Hylan because the workers there are so nice and extremely well informed, worth the extra drive than to get frustrated at people who could care less about your money or your business!
