Chase has made it impossible to speak with anyone over the phone at a particular branch. All calls go to a central computer voice which is no help. Chase has now developed the worst level of customer service.

We’ll deserved 2+ rating as their service is not good. I’m giving 1 star. I tried to deposit my Auto insurance check in my personal account which clearly had endorsement from Garage authority along with my signature (as it was a two party check) but bank manager (a lady don’t remember the name) after spending a long conversation denied to take the check .. I have double checked with GEICO and other entity for confirmation multiple times .. but Bank of America took it without any issue.. Chase employees in this branch (located on broadway and 21st St Astoria), as well their manager are not aware of rules and regulations properly. I’ll definitely try to do business more with banks having better customer support in the future

I can always rely on the ATMs to work for deposits or withdrawals. Never had a problem with my experience at the counter or a representative. Sometimes there’s a line for the counter because people are being difficult. I come here atleast twice a week

We had an appointment scheduled to take care of something that Chase doesn’t allow you to do online. Had this appointment scheduled for 2 weeks. We got to the branch and it was closed. We didn’t receive a phone call or any notice that they would be closed.
