MyEyeDr in Reidsville provided grade A, top tier customer service when I went in for my eye exam. From the front desk to the area where you get your glasses, every person there was amazing! I would like to personally call out Crystal at the front desk, Cameron (hope I spelled it right) and a super shout out to SARAH K.!! These wonderful ladies treated me like I was their only customer. Very attentive to my needs, very helpful, kind, friendly and all the things that you want to feel and experience as a customer. Chelsey also deserves credit as well. She has put together an amazing staff of people who take their job serious and has phenomenal smiles. You ladies gave me the warm fuzzies and I truly appreciate my experience at your fantastic establishment. THANK YOU SO MUCH MyEyeDr in Reidsville for maintaining a high level of customer service standards that everyone else in the business should model after.

10 June 2021 It would be zero. The star is just for the doctor… since he was kind, listened and a fellow veteran … but the staff is a completely different story. The only reason I came to a civilian ophthalmologist was because post (military) wasn’t even near. Day 1: When I stepped in was told I didn’t have insurance…. The lady seemed not to be in a good mood… but she was able to find me… I checked in went to the back to the “ophthalmologist nurse” as soon as she saw me “ you don’t have insurance” coped an attitude right away. I kept telling her I do and going back and forth she kept saying “ I didn’t..” I guess communication wasn’t there because she ran to the front desk came back to speak about numbers and prices… even her attitude changed a bit but they all seemed like they hated their jobs. Seen the doctor was great even willing let you try different trials. Lady 3 ( Commission worker you get your glasses and contacts from her ) she seemed “nice” but I gotta say… glasses are over priced even contacts. Not much of a selection… (Online it way cheaper) . At this time I asked for copies of my contacts and glasses prescription which she says she emailed ( I never received it ) When I left i had trials on and they didn’t work well; even burned my eyes I waited the 24 hours before informing them they didn’t work. Spoke to a lady to try another type of brand of contacts ( mind you I had already paid ) wasn’t informed of what brand or anything of the matter… so there was the wait. 2nd Visit: ( I had the call my contacts were in ) went straight to the commission lady and she handed me trials ( inside a Ziploc bag with the prescription ) I asked, “just trial… then where’s my money ?” She said I have to try these and see what would “work”. At this point I was done I told her to give me my prescription she reached over and YANKED the bag of contacts off me and ran off to get the accountant manager for a refund. When I asked for my prescription she ONLY gave me my glasses and refused to give me my contacts prescription she said that “the manager will deposit my refund and I can go. (Left) I spoke to the accountant manager and said she refund my money and will received an invoice ( did receive ) and to let her know how the trial would work … let her know that her employee yanked the boxes away. “She didn’t know why she would do that” she asked me if I can come back I did and there was no prescription with the contacts when I receive them. I’ve tried the contacts on and they are not the right ones at all. Not even my prescription. Only a headache ( had contacts through the military ) still waiting for money to be refunded. With all that I don’t recommend ! Not the way any individual should be treat… give their hard working money and keeping this facility open. I rather drive the 3 hours to Fort Bragg.
